Tenants' responsibilities

● By renting the studio, the user acknowledges that he or she is financially responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, glass surfaces, scenography, and any studio structures.● The user is also responsible for the actions of all persons present in the studio during the recording.● Smoking, drinking alcohol and using prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.

Payment and cancellation

● 100% prepayment to card, account or cryptocurrency (in extreme cases).
● After payment, the client is required to send a payment confirmation.
● Cancellation of the reservation with a refund is possible if the client has notified about it 24 hours before the rental time. In the case of a shorter time, only a change of date is possible.

Use of equipment and materials

● After recording, the client has 1 month to save their materials on a personal medium.
● Any change to the interior or rearrangement of furniture must be agreed with the administration.

Additional Terms and Conditions

● As part of the promotion, a 50% discount applies to the first session, provided that you tag our studio on social media.● The Studio reserves the right to refuse to provide services to persons who violate these rules.

General rental conditions

● The minimum rental period is 2 hours. Practice shows that this is the optimal time for comfortable work. Often, guests do not keep track of time, get carried away by the process and ask for an extension of the rental at the last minute. However, it happens that the studio is already booked for another session and an extension is not possible. Extension of the rental is possible if the studio is available.● Each started hour after the booked time will be counted as a full rental hour.● The studio is open until 5pm, after which a special rate applies.
